Sleep x mood logging

Tap your mood on a 1-5 scale and add a note if you want. Sleep duration and resting heart rate are pulled from Apple Health at the moment you log.

Every entry recalculates the correlation coefficient (r) between sleep hours and mood, shown with a scatter plot, a trend chart and a one-line reading.

Export your latest 30 entries — mood, sleep hours and resting heart rate — as a single table with averages and sleep tips. Bring it to an appointment.

What Sleep Mind does not do

  • There is no weekly report delivery. The correlation is calculated and shown when you open the app.
  • Resting heart rate is displayed on the home screen and in the PDF only. It is not used in the correlation calculation.
  • Sleep Mind never writes to Apple Health (read-only). No Sleep Mind data appears in the Health app.
  • The app has no migration or cloud sync of its own (entries do come back if you restore a new iPhone from a full device backup).
  • The tips in the PDF are general suggestions chosen from your averages. No generative AI is involved.
  • Sleep Mind does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If symptoms persist, please consult a clinician.
  • The app interface itself is currently available in Japanese only. This page is translated, the app is not.
