These Terms govern your use of Sleep Mind (the “App”). Please read them before using the App.

1. Not a Medical Device
The App is a self-tracking tool for sleep and mood. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic or treatment tool, or a symptom detector. Always consult a clinician for diagnosis, treatment, or medication adjustments. The App does not provide medical advice.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users 13 and older. By enabling HealthKit you grant access to your Health data; you can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.
3. Data Management
Data is stored only on your device. The App provides no cloud backup and no device-to-device migration; the PDF export (Pro) is the only way to take your records out in readable form. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, loss, or deletion of the App.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
Pro features are offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Prices follow the App Store listing for your country or region. The subscription does not include a free trial period (the first 3 days after download are fully usable without any purchase). You can cancel anytime from your Apple ID settings; auto-renewal will stop at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple App Store under Apple's policy; we do not process refunds directly.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Reverse engineering, modification, redistribution, impersonation, and unlawful use of the App are prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages caused by use of the App. The App's content and the suggestions printed in the PDF are general information chosen from your recorded averages (no generative AI is used), not individualized medical advice.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms are published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date (the App has no in-app announcement mechanism). Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Tokyo District Court for any disputes.
