These Terms govern your use of Sleep Mind (the “App”). Please read them before using the App.
The App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
1. Not a Medical Device
The App is a self-tracking tool for sleep and mood. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic or treatment tool, or a symptom detector. Always consult a clinician for diagnosis, treatment, or medication adjustments. The App does not provide medical advice.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users 13 and older. By enabling HealthKit you grant access to your Health data; you can revoke it at any time in iOS Settings.
3. Data Management
Data is stored on your device by default. Backup and migration are your responsibility. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure or loss.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
Pro features are offered as a monthly subscription (¥490 with a 3-day free trial) or a yearly subscription (¥2,980). You can cancel anytime from your Apple ID settings; auto-renewal will stop at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple App Store under Apple's policy; we do not process refunds directly.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Reverse engineering, modification, redistribution, impersonation, and unlawful use of the App are prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages caused by use of the App. The App's content and AI suggestions are general information, not individualized medical advice.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Tokyo District Court for any disputes.
